Shipping Information

Please note that the below information is an approximate guide, delays such as weekends, public holidays, taxes and customs processing is out of our control and may result in longer shipping periods.  Please allow up to 48 hours for orders to be dispatched and 24-48 hours for all customer service enquiries to be answered.

STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Standard shipping within Australia via Australia post delivered within approximately 4-8 business days with online tracking.

EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Express shipping on orders a via Australia Post delivered within approximately 3 - 5 business days with online tracking.

WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express international shipping via Australia Post, delivered within approximately 1-2 weeks for major cities, with signature on delivery along with online tracking.

 

NOTE:  Any additional local taxes that your country or state applies are not included and are the customers responsibility. If you do not pay your country taxes your items will be returned to us, and we will deduct a fee of $45 to cover our Australia Post costs. Please also ensure to provide an address suitable for a courier, as a signature will be required upon delivery.

SHIPPING FEES

For all orders under $250 a fee which be charged at checkout to reach your selected destination. This will be added to our order at checkout.
